About Caboose 33
Caboose 33 is the last remaining cabooses from the Ohio River & Western Railroad. Serving as the conductor’s office, crew space, and rolling lookout, cabooses like No. 33 were essential to safe train operations on the OR&W.
Current Condition
Caboose 33 is on public display at the Thorla-McKee Well Park in Caldwell, Ohio and is owned by the Noble County Historical Society. The Friends of the OR&W HS are working with the Noble County HS to improve the display.
