Who We Are

Friends of the Ohio River & Western Railroad Historical Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and is committed to preserving the last remaining equipment, structures, and stories of the OR&W. Our volunteers work to stabilize, restore, and interpret these rare artifacts for future generations.

Annual Meeting

The Friends of the Ohio River & Western Railroad Historical Society hold an annual in person meeting.
This meeting includes presentations, artifact/ item displays, and tours.

The annual meeting is held in May and in a town that the railroad served.
The 2027 Annual Friends of the Ohio River & Western Railroad Historical Society meeting will be held in Zanesville.
